# Contact Support

> Get help with Subtrakr or ask questions about your Spaces and settings - contact our support team via email or in-app

If you need help with Subtrakr or have any questions about your Spaces, profile, or settings, our support team is here to assist you.

## Email Support

You can contact us anytime at [support@subtrakr.app](mailto:support@subtrakr.app).

We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.

When reaching out, please include:

* A short description of your issue or question
* Any relevant screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem
* The email address you use to log in to Subtrakr (if different from the one you're contacting from)

## In-App Help

You can also get support directly from within the Subtrakr app:

    Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

    Select **Help** or **Contact Support**.

    Fill in your message and submit the form.

    Your message will be sent directly to our team, and we'll reply via email.

## Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET).

Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.
