Access the filter
Use the filter button in the top-right corner to show or hide the filter panel. When the panel is open, you can apply tags, adjust filter conditions, and manage saved filters. Click the filter button again to collapse it. The filter button is available on most pages, except Reminders.Available filters
Filter by tags
Tags let you categorize subscriptions by purpose, type, team, or any custom grouping you create. Apply one or multiple tags to refine the list and highlight the exact set of services you care about. Example tags: Business, Streaming, Utilities, Personal, Marketing toolsFilter by space
If you manage expenses in multiple currencies, use a separate Space per currency. Switch to the Space you want to review, then apply your saved filters there.Saving filters
Any combination of tag filters can be saved for future use. Saved filters are especially helpful when you review the same categories or cost groups on a regular cadence.What you can do with saved filters
- Select a saved filter – Use the filter dropdown to switch between your saved filters.
- Save filter – When you change the tags in a saved filter, a Save filter button appears. Click it to update the saved filter with the new tag selection.
- Save filter as… – Save the current tag selection under a new name.
- Delete saved filter – Remove a saved filter you no longer need.
- Clear filter – Remove all applied tags from the current view without deleting saved filters.
