Tags help you organize your subscriptions into categories such as Business, Personal, Marketing, or Team. They make it easier to filter, search, and analyze your recurring expenses across different contexts.

About Tags

  • Each subscription can have one or more tags.
  • Tags appear as small labels next to the subscription name.
  • You can create custom tags to suit your specific needs (for example, Development, Operations, or Streaming).
  • Tags are stored at the subscription level and persist across sessions, so your organization stays consistent.

Use Tags for Filtering and Reports

Once your subscriptions are tagged, you can:
  • Filter the Subscriptions table by tag to focus on specific categories (for example, Business or Marketing subscriptions).
  • Analyze reports like Monthly Costs or Subscription Count based on selected tags.
  • Combine tags with other filters such as currency or status for deeper insights.
  • View the distribution of your tags across your subscription on a dedicated diagram.
Use consistent tag names across your subscriptions (for example, always use Business instead of Biz). This ensures your filters, analytics, and reports remain accurate and easy to navigate.
