You can add new subscriptions anytime from the Subscriptions or Overview page.

Click the Track button

Click the “Track” button at the top right corner of the page.

Fill out the form

Fill out the form with the following details:
  • Select a Product – Choose an existing product or create a new one by entering a custom name.
  • Start Date – Select when the subscription began.
  • Amount – Enter the subscription cost. The currency is inherited from your current Space settings.
  • Billing Cycle – Choose how often the payment repeats: Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
  • Tags – Add or select one or more tags such as Business, Personal, or Marketing.

Save the subscription

Click Save to add the subscription to your list.The new subscription will appear in your Subscriptions Table and be included in all dashboard reports.
You can add as many subscriptions as needed.Renewal dates are automatically calculated based on the billing cycle and start date.You can edit or update details anytime from the Subscriptions table.
