Email Support

You can contact us anytime at [email protected]. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days. When reaching out, please include:
  • A short description of your issue or question
  • Any relevant screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem
  • The email address you use to log in to Subtrakr (if different from the one you’re contacting from)

In-App Help

You can also get support directly from within the Subtrakr app:

Open the help menu

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.Select Help or Contact Support.

Submit your message

Fill in your message and submit the form.Your message will be sent directly to our team, and we’ll reply via email.

Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET). Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.
