You can remove subscriptions from your Space in two ways — by canceling them (to keep history and optionally reactivate later) or deleting them (to remove completely).

Cancel a subscription

Canceling a subscription is used when you stop using a service, but you still want to keep its payment history, analytics data, and the option to reactivate it in the future.

Open the subscription

Go to the subscriptions page.Click on the subscription you want to cancel to open the subscription drawer.

Open the cancel dialog

In the top-right corner of the drawer, click the cancel button next to the close icon.A dialog asks whether you have canceled the subscription.

Set the end date

Select the Unsubscribed on date — this is when the subscription ends.The earliest possible date is one day after the subscription started.

Confirm cancellation

Click Yes, it’s canceled to confirm.Click No, not yet if you want to close the dialog without canceling.
Once canceled:
  • The subscription moves to the Canceled subscriptions section below the active table on the subscriptions page.
  • It will no longer appear in future cost calculations.
  • Past payments remain visible in reports for historical accuracy.
  • You can reactivate the subscription at any time from the subscription drawer.

Delete a subscription

Deleting a subscription completely removes it from your Space. Use this option only if the subscription was added by mistake or you no longer want to keep its records.

Open the subscription

Go to the subscriptions page.Click on the subscription you want to delete to open the subscription drawer.

Open the delete tab

Select the Delete tab in the drawer.A warning explains that deleting permanently removes the subscription and all associated data. If you want to keep history, consider canceling instead.

Start deletion

Click Delete subscription.A confirmation dialog asks whether you are sure you want to delete the subscription.

Confirm deletion

Review the warning — deleting permanently removes the subscription, its history, associated reminders, and report data. This action cannot be undone.Click Yes, delete my subscription to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
Once deleted:
  • The subscription and its entire history are permanently removed.
  • Associated reminders are removed.
  • The subscription is removed from all reports.
  • Deleted subscriptions cannot be recovered.
Use Cancel when a service ends but you want to keep its history or may reactivate it later.Use Delete only for subscriptions added in error or duplicates.
