The Subtrakr dashboard gives you a complete overview of your recurring expenses. It is designed to help you easily understand your spending, upcoming payments, and long-term trends.
Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find summary cards that show key metrics about your subscriptions:
- Total Subscriptions – Total number of active subscriptions you have from this month onwards
- Costs This Month – Total cost of subscriptions this month
- Costs Next Month – Total cost of subscriptions next month
- Average Monthly Costs – Average monthly subscription costs this year
- Costs This Year – Total costs for all subscriptions in the current year
These cards give you a quick financial overview of your active subscriptions and help you track how your expenses evolve month by month.
Upcoming Subscriptions
Below the overview, you’ll find the Upcoming Subscriptions section.
This table lists all subscriptions with payments due in the next 7 days, helping you prepare for upcoming renewals.
Each entry includes:
- Subscription name and icon
- Cost
- Next payment date
This section makes it easy to see what’s coming soon so you can plan your payments in advance or review subscriptions before renewal.
Top Spent to Date
The next table highlights the Top 5 Subscriptions You’ve Spent the Most On, grouped by currency.
This helps you quickly identify which subscriptions have accumulated the highest costs over time.
You can use this information to review your most expensive tools or services and decide if they are still worth the investment.
Subscriptions Table
The main Subscriptions table displays all your active and past subscriptions in one place.
This is the central view for managing and organizing your data.
Each row includes:
- Name
- Icon
- Tags
- Billing Cycle
- Cost
- Start Date
- Next Payment Date
You can reorder the list by clicking on any column header, such as sorting by cost, billing cycle, or date.
To edit a subscription, click its row to open the history drawer, where you can review past changes and update details.
Reports
The Reports page provides visual insights into your subscriptions and spending over time.
You can display data for all currencies together or filter by a specific one.
Available reports:
- Monthly Costs – Shows the total subscription costs per month for the selected year
- Subscription Count – Displays how many active subscriptions you had each month in the selected year
- Subscription Spending Over Time – Visualizes your cumulative subscription spending over time for the selected currency
These reports help you understand your cost patterns and identify trends such as increasing software expenses or seasonal changes.
Use tags and filters together to focus on specific areas.For example, view only Business subscriptions in USD to analyze your company’s operational costs for the year.
