How do I add a new subscription?
You can add subscriptions from either the Overview or Subscriptions page. Click the “Track” button at the top right corner, fill in the details (name, cost, billing cycle, start date, and tags), and click Save. Open the subscription from the Subscriptions table. In the history drawer, choose Cancel Subscription, select a cancellation date, and confirm. If you had existing accounts, they were automatically renamed to Spaces. Your data and subscriptions remain unchanged.How does currency handling work?
Currency is configured at the Space level, not per subscription. All subscriptions inside a Space use the same currency, so totals and reports are calculated in one consistent unit. If you need to track multiple currencies, create separate Spaces (one currency per Space). You can update the currency on the Space Settings page in the sidebar Settings menu.How do reminders work?
You can configure reminders by opening Reminder in the sidebar, then Reminder Preferences (top right): enable reminders for your Space and set how many days before each renewal you want to be notified. Set the time of day and lead time (for example, 1, 3, or 7 days before a payment). Once saved, reminders are applied to all active subscriptions automatically. If no settings are configured, Subtrakr will not send reminders.How do I log in to Subtrakr?
Subtrakr does not use passwords. You can log in using one of the following methods:- Google Authentication – Sign in securely with your Google account.
- Email Login Link – Enter your email address, and Subtrakr will send you a one-time login link. Click the link in your inbox to access your account.
