The Reminder Settings section lets you configure default notification preferences for your account.
These settings apply to all active subscriptions so you don’t need to configure reminders for each one individually.
Where to Find It
You can access your reminder preferences under:
Profile → Preferences → Reminder Settings
Default Reminder Time
Set the time of day when reminders should be sent.
For example, you can choose 9:00 AM to receive all your subscription reminders each morning.
This time applies to all notifications related to upcoming payments unless you set specific overrides (planned for future versions).
Default Reminder Lead Time
Choose how many days before a subscription’s next payment date you want to receive a reminder.
You can select from preset options such as:
- 1 day before
- 3 days before
- 7 days before
This ensures you’re notified in advance and can manage your payments proactively.
Saving and Applying Settings
Once you save your preferences, they are stored at the account level.
These rules automatically apply to all active subscriptions.
If you update your settings, all existing subscriptions will follow the new configuration.
If you don’t set any reminder preferences, Subtrakr will not send reminders for upcoming payments.
You can enable reminders anytime by returning to your Profile Preferences page.
Use a 7-day lead time if you prefer to plan your expenses weekly, or a 1-day lead time if you just need a short reminder before renewals.
