Open the Reminders page
Choose Reminder in the sidebar to open the Reminders page. From there you manage everything related to subscription notifications for the Space you are currently in.
Use Reminder Preferences in the top-right corner of the page. Turn reminders on for the Space and pick how many days before each renewal you want to be notified. Those defaults apply to every subscription in that Space, so you do not set reminders one by one.
Upcoming and sent reminders
The layout splits the work in two:
- Left – Upcoming reminders, each with the planned send date.
- Right – A history of reminders that have already been sent.
Each entry is tied to a specific subscription and renewal, so you can see what was scheduled and what went out.
Space scope and changes
Reminder rules belong to the Space. Switch Spaces in the app if you need different settings elsewhere. When you change preferences, the new lead time applies across subscriptions in that Space going forward.
Use a longer lead time if you need time to approve renewals or cancel; a shorter one if you only want a last-minute nudge.
